Bringing small children? No worries, the owners have provided a child safety gate at the stairs and a pack and play. Relax after a long day on the water on the dock or in the breezeway and don't be surprised if you are visited by the Key Deer frequently! You will feel right at home here and won't want to leave! There is a $1500 security deposit that is fully refundable, less utilities calculated on a per day basis.
