We are selling the contract for our 3 bedroom townhouse contract at Carmel Landing. The contract will expire in April. We have loved living at Carmel Landing, but have accepted another job out of state so will need to sell this contract. Washer and dryer are ours, but we can't take them to our new house so we would be willing to leave them.
