Looking for a third female roommate in a super cute home in the Bucking Horse neighborhood! 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath. You'd get the entire private downstairs space to yourself including a private bedroom, bathroom, spacious living space (for an office, gym, tv room, whatever you want!), and ample storage space - the kitchen and laundry are upstairs in the communal space. The space is unfurnished. The backyard patio is a great summer hangout spot. Rent will be $1,050 before utilities, but with that will come access to the HOA pool, a separate one-car garage, free street parking, in-unit laundry, and a GREAT neighborhood. We're right across the street from a King Soopers, we've got easy access to the Poudre Trail and several natural areas, and we're close to Jessup Farms. Nicole 25 and an elementary teacher and Andie is 30 and works in environmental science at CSU. We both have dogs; Nicole a 6yo cavapoo named Scooter and Andie has a 3yo lab mix named Murphy. Both of our doggos are super friendly! We love watching movies, hiking, reading, brunch, crafting (Nicole), and sports (Andie). We would like to live with another lady in the same age range as us (sorry, no more pets as our lease only allows 2) and ideally we would love to have a roomie that we could also be friends with! Aside from security deposit and rent, there will be a one-time $200 fee to add you to the lease. Real Property Management of the Rockies is our rental company and they've been great so far.
