Dishwasher in kitchen will remain unusable. Property is completely fenced with driveway. Tenant pays all utilities and landscape maintenance. NO SMOKING, NOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES ALLOWED NO SECTION 8 applicants at this time. Home is available for rent as soon as we find a tenant/s that has fully completed the application/sand has been successfully vetted. FYI, your SS# on the application is not needed at this time, but we do require proof of income and a link from www.creditkarma.com that allows us to view your rental history and ability to make payments on time. If multiple parties are responsible for rent payment, the person emailing us will need to either provide additional email addresses or print applications for those not listed on email.
