It is a great apartment with your own bathroom and shower! Right near Coastal Carolina and HGTC. Great roommates who are considerate and thoughtful. Many college and graduate students live in the University Suites but it can be quiet and calm as well. They also have a lot of community events and a TON of free food. I leave May 7th for an internship cross country and my lease ends July 31st so I'm looking for someone to sublease it for that period. After that you can negotiate if you would like to sign a new year long lease starting in August.
