The place is managed by Sunstone Palms Apartment homes, it's a nice 1x1 apartment for fairly cheap, comes with a full electric kitchen, stainless steel fridge and a dishwasher. Within the compound there's washer and dryer rooms, 2 swimming pools and 2 BBQ areas with grills and 2 fitness centers, all these places are electronically locked including the main gate into the premises so security isn't an issue. There is a security deposit of 300$ and the monthly rent is 1650$. The place will be available from May 10th and onwards, the lease is good till February next year. I'm giving the place away because I will be moving back to my country for the summer and won't be back till August at the latest at which point I will be moving in with friends in a different place. Smoking isn't allowed. The management is very responsive and helpful so you won't have any trouble. There is parking available within the compound so you'll have no trouble there either.
