Private room with a separate private bathroom Share living space is nice nothing really needs to be added and there is great lighting Location is close to downtown as well as public transportation. The block is quiet for the most part except for a few kids there is street parking All amenities are taken care of. please just ask details if curious. No smoking of cigarettes allowed inside Weed smoke is allowed but if you smoke constantly please keep it in your room. renters insurance is highly suggested. Guest can stay a night at a time but please respectful and discuss with roommate if it's multiple days at a time.
