    What's special

This unit is part of a fully renovated four-plex, located on the corner of West 23rd Ave. and Julian St., just minutes from I-25 and downtown. This fabulous property is in The Highlands neighborhood with easy access to just about everything that makes Denver so great. The Studio apartment doesn't have a whole lot of space, but it certainly has a lot of style! Unit 4 has a private entrance, a security storm door, and gorgeous porch overlooking the well maintained yard with beautiful, mature trees, in a quiet, nice neighborhood. The bedroom/living room has a picture window looking out to the front yard, and there is brand new carpet and fresh paint throughout. The kitchen has a new granite countertop, a new satin nickel finish faucet, and garbage disposal. The kitchen, dining and bathroom are all tile floors. There is a shared washer and dryer in the basement. Utilities: Heat, water, sewer, trash, recycling, and compost are shared between the four units in the building, and generally cost between $40-$50 per month. Xcel Energy bills each unit directly for electricity and gas use, and cable/internet are optional and available through Xfinity. Sorry, no dogs allowed - but cats are OK with an additional deposit. All four units are currently available: the studio and three differently sized 1 bedroom apartments. Depending on the unit, rents are between $995 and $1,495 per month. We are hosting two Open Houses at this property over the weekend. Stop by any time between noon and 4 on Saturday, October 10th or Sunday, October 11th. Someone will be on site to show you around and answer any questions you may have.

This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
