The queen bedroom and twin bed share the second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. You will want for nothing for a perfect dinner with your family & friends. In the bright living area with flatscreen TV, furnished with attention to detail, you will feel right at home and can really relax. Enjoy your vacation on the beautiful terrace with pool and sun loungers to relax. Of course there is a covered dining area on the terrace including a BBQ gas grill where you can grill juicy steaks and burgers. The typical native plants offer you enough privacy around the pool area. Through the beautiful plants you have a wonderful view of the canal and the boat dock including lift. Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. You have 2 kayaks at your disposal to explore the "Venice of the USA". Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. No exception. Parking in the garage is not possible. In front of the garage you will find enough space to park your car. Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.
