New covered porch and steps in front, covered porch in rear and off-street parking for vehicle in rear. State Street is a very wide one-way street with lots of street parking as well. Close to Wilson Park, schools and shopping. $850 per month for 1-year lease with first and last month's rent plus $800 security deposit to move-in. Tenant pays all utilities. Cats and small dogs (20 lbs. or less) are acceptable with additional security deposit. Granite City requires a $50 occupancy permit that is tenant's responsibility. House has passed all 4 city required rental inspections and is available for immediate occupancy. You will not find a rental house in Granite City that is cleaner or in better condition.
