The condo has gorgeous hardwood floors with plenty of space. Your bedroom requires furnishing. The kitchen has granite counter tops, high end stainless steel appliances and every gadget you will need to make a wonderful meal including a juicer and coffee maker. The living room has two couches including one with a pull out bed, dining room table with chairs, and a breakfast bar. You will have your own private bathroom and there is a long hallway that has a washer and dryer for use. The condo has central AC/ Heat. My condo is on the first floor so you only have to walk up eight stairs in total. The condo is a block from Pete's Fresh Market (grocery store), post office and is only 2 blocks away from the I290 expressway and blue line train. There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat in the area along with banks and a nearby Walgreens. There is plenty of street parking in on my block that does not require a permit. It is only an 8 minute walk to the United Center. The cost is $1,200/month which includes all utilities and internet. I do not have a TV. The pictures don't truly show how beautiful a condo this really is. Looking for at least a year lease, but it could be negotiable. You will have to pay a non-refundable move in fee totaling $600.
