The room for rent is an add-on to our house. It is about 500sqft. The room is for one occupant and no pets. It has a private entrance, private bathroom and kitchenette. Laundry is in the garage. It has space for a bed, desk and living space. The paint and carpet are new. We are asking for 1/4 of the utilities im addition to the rent. You will have full access to the kitchen and backyard. The occupants are a couple in their 50s and our son who is in high school. We are easy going but we would like to avoid excessive noise and drama. We like our space to be clean and organized. The property is centrally located in Santa Rosa in a very quiet neighborhood.
