I'm confident this home will feel like an extension of your own throughout your stay. $2500 refundable deposit. $7500 monthly rent. $250 late fee (may be applied, 3-5 day grace period). Minimum stay 30 days. $500 cleaning fee. No smoking allowed. Owner pays for utilities (includes: water, trash, electricity, internet, pool service, landscaping). NOTE: since Solar is included, electricity cap will be set to $200. Anything exceeding will be charged to tenant and requires Maximum occupancy: 10. Tenants required to report leaks immediately, appliance issues, avoid negligent damage. Pool may be used at tenant's own risk, no lifeguard provided, child supervision required, no diving, no glass near pool. Quiet hours are M-F after 10pm. 30-day written notice required for early termination. Strictly Prohibited: Parties, Commercial Events, Excessive Noise, Large gatherings. Subleasing or Short-term listing on STR platforms prohibited.
