The mobile home sits 2 miles from Crocus Creek which offers a great swimming place in the summer and this area is nice for riding 4-wheelers or dirt bikes. It does have county water here and it has Tri County electric which offers prepay or standard monthly billing. The only issue is there is a soft spot in the master bathroom floor and the back porch needs to a few boards replaced. We did build a concrete fire pit in the back yard as well.
