This is a mobile home in need of work. We are renting with option to buy. Renter will be responsible for repairs. Looking for a maintenance/handyman for this. Will have work for renter after mobile is repaired. Need to have your own tools etc. Tenant is responsible for upkeep of their lot as well as utilities (water and electricity) and trash and recycle services. We have one year leases available. No smoking inside mobile home. No pets allowed. Two parking spaces per lot.
