Since the property is within the premises of my home, I would prefer to rent the place to someone that will respect the values of my home and the neighborhood. I also run background check as part of the rental process. In addition to the $600 deposit, there is a $100 (refundable) cleaning fee. Non-smoking is a must. A nonrefundable $100 deposit is required in order to reserve the place for more than 2 weeks prior to move in. This deposit will count toward your cleaning fee if decide to rent the place.
