A queen size bed fits just fine in one bedroom, the other bedroom is a little smaller. The apartment is great fit for students and is within walking distance to the medical corridor, UB, Roswell, General Hospital. Tenant pays for the electricity. Landlord pays for the heat, cooking gas, hot water, garbage. It is a warm apartment with radiator heat and there are hardwood floors throughout. I live in the area and am always around.
