We have a nice place to rent in Norman about 3 miles from campus. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath and a single car garage. A very quiet neighborhood with really good neighbors. Mainly families that live on street of the house. The house should be ready about the middle of January or the first of February. Let me know if you have any questions about the house or area. The lease will be for three years and must have a direct withdraw setup for monthly payment. Renter is responsible for all utilities and yard care. Renter is responsible for all repairs due to neglect and or abuse. There may be a spot inspection periodically to ensure proper care of the home. This is a non- smoking home and will not tolerate any drug related activities or items on the property. No type of sub leasing or any type of vacation type rentals.
