Owner pays for heat, water, sewer, and hot water. We rent to non smokers only in this building. The building is on top of a hill so tenants will need an all wheel drive vehicle in the winter. The duration of the lease can be negotiated. Drugs and drama are not tolerated. Indoor cats are ok, service animals ok if they are well taken care of.
