The yard is not fenced so we ask that you keep your dogs leashed when outside the apartment. Two pets max. with one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee. Flat-rate utility fee of $100/month which covers all utilities including TV & WIFI. Background and credit check required. $40 per person application fee.
