The unit is in great shape and I've been the only tenant to live in it since they were built. The rent is $950 a month and you must still apply through the leasing office on site. This means you'll have to pay the office the refundable deposit (1 months rent), pass the background/credit check, and do all the other paperwork just like normal. You can either finish out my lease which goes through May 3rd 2016 or go ahead and sign a 1 year lease to lock in the current rate. Since this is taking over my lease the unit comes as is but I will have it cleaned before move in.
