The drive to the gate is less than 4 miles (7 minutes) This residence is the 'guest home' on the lot allowing for a main house to be built on the flat meadow overlooking the lakes. The home has a main level master, two generous guest suites upstairs and in the lower level walk out there is a bunk room (not included in bedroom count) that sleeps six with two full bathrooms and a kitchenette. Inviting outdoor spaces allow for enjoyment of this special location in all seasons.
