Minimum 1 month lease, no pets/no smoking. First months rent and departure cleaning fee of $295 is due one month in advance of your check in date. This is a non-smoking/no pets rental. No smoking inside of the home or within 25 feet of the exterior of the home. Once renter is approved, renter will be required to sign a lease. Quiet times at the Jupiter Inn complex is 10pm-7am. Parking: One assigned parking stall in the underground parking garage. Additional parking available in front of the building (first come, first serve, only 4 stalls).
