The home was totally remodeled in 2007 with new electrical, roof, bathroom, amazing kitchen, hotwater on demand, flooring...well heck everything! In 2013 the carpets were replaced with beautiful cork flooring which is warm on the feet and quiet on the ears. The real treasure is in the back yard where there is a detached 30x40 sqft garage/workshop that has it's own electrical, insulation, secured windows and alarm system, and has been used as an art studio and also to restore and store vintage cars!
