Rexwood has great natural light, too, because the house is on a corner and, without a neighboring house on the south side of the property, warm Southern sun streams into the kitchen and south-side bedroom. Sun-loving plants do great outside on the south end of the private porch. We repainted the entire apartment in an off-white flat wall paint and eggshell trim using the best Behr brand paint. We carefully cleaned and polished the beautiful hardwood floors which remain in great condition. If you love to walk, this is the perfect location! We are respectful landlords who want our tenants to enjoy life on Rexwood.
