There is one large room that serves as both a living room and a bedroom. The unit has a separate kitchen, a hallway and a separate bathroom. The unit is in behind so use the side walkway and open the gate. Ask for "AJ". The address is 2262-1/2 so please don't knock on 2262. OPEN HOUSE TIMES ARE 12noon to 2pm, both SAT & SUN (3/4 and 3/5) The utilities are not included and average about $120. monthly (for the last tenant) it all depends on usage. The apartment is ready for occupancy immediately so we would like to find a tenant who could take it right away. We are particular about renting to tenants with excellent credit history.
