This is a great house for the money! It's so inviting as soon as you walk into the front door. There are so many great features - the 5th bedroom is upstairs and could be used for a 2nd living area instead. There's a filter on the fridge (included!) and at the sink. PLUS there's a reverse osmosis under the kitchen sink. There's a gate to get into the backyard if you drive down the back alley. HUGE gorgeous trees and lovely backyard for the kids. The proximity to everything in Springfield is a bonus feature! You will love this house as much as the sellers do!The sellers are offering a $1000 carpet allowance with great offer. They are leaving the refrigerator PLUS the washer and dryer!!fyi: the whole house fan does not work.
