I am looking to rent out the second bedroom to one female tenant. There is one shared bathroom with tub/shower upstairs. There is another bathroom/laundry room combo located on the first floor beside the kitchen. This condo is already furnished. TV in the living room, comfortable couch. Grandparents' furniture. This is a little non-traditional because this is the only place I own. I am renting while taking continuous travel contracts. I need someone responsible and trustworthy to take care of the place and be prompt with rent while I am away, because I also rent temporary housing while working. There is already a dresser in the bedroom and full size bed WITH mattress. Two good sized closets in the bedroom. Dining room table and washer/drier are also provided. A water meter will be put into place in November, so water will no longer be included at that time. Currently, water is included with rent. Tenant is responsible for electric and internet as well. These are billed to me (landlord) each month, and I send receipts of total cost. The utilities are currently split evenly between tenants. Internet is currently $52 total, electric varies.
