This is a very nice, quiet neighborhood. A lot of the neighbors have lived here for many years, and they are very friendly. Even though there are businesses on the back side of the back yard, the backyard is very quiet. The business buildings block the traffic sound, and they are very low traffic volume businesses, so the noise level is just like any other back yard.
