We own a new, finished, tiny house on wheels. We had it custom built. It is built to code. The build was finished in October. We lived in it for a few months. There is nothing wrong with the house our circumstances just changed. The house is 330 square feet, 24 L x 8 W x 13.5 H - maximum height and width to be road legal without a wide load. You would need at least a 250 pickup truck to tow it. You can also hire independent truckers to tow it for you whenever you need it moved. You do not need to pack up your belongings when you move! The house comes with A/C, heater, composting toilet, a washer-dryer combo unit, curtains custom made by me to fit perfectly all the windows and shower, built-in tables, 4 stools, a gorgeous teal settee that sits on top of the 100 gallon water tank, fridge, and a vintage steel stove/sink combo. There is also a full-length automatic awning on the back of the house. The house is currently in Hinesville, GA, but can be shipped anywhere. *****We are selling so cheaply because we would only like to make back the money we invested into this house, not profit. *****
