I just returned to the city from a grad program in another state and have alternative accommodations until April, but have otherwise loved living in the apartment since 2021 and look forward to returning. The apartment is large (approximately 650 square feet) and boasts high ceilings and ample closet space. Other features & benefits: - Rental price includes all utilities (heat, water, and electricity), and high-speed internet - Dedicated workspace - Roku TV - Microwave - Air conditioners in the living room and bedroom - Queen-sized TempurPedic mattress - Furnishings from Crate & Barrel, Anthropologie, and CB2** - 3 large closets - Whole Foods on the corner of 69th & 3rd - 700 - Annual income $135,000 - Able to pay prorated rent for October (covering October 17-31), November rent, and March rent, plus a $260 apartment cleaning fee (for when you move out) up front. The total amount equals $8,697.50. No security deposit is needed. **Please note** that the apartment is available because my current subtenant, who was also a grad student, is moving out following a 14-month stay. He was wonderful and will be missed! But just mentioning this as he preferred that I put some of the items pictured (the wall hangings, the mirror on bedroom dresser, and the carpet in the bedroom) into storage.
