We have a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment for rent and available now close to downtown Cottage Grove. Unit rests above a salon and vacant commercial unit. Rent is $1195 per month, and security deposit starts at $2390. This is month-to-month lease and Renters Insurance required and due at time of signing. Pets are accepted upon approval basis only with additional funds towards security deposit: $500 for 1st pet, $250 for additional pets. When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months' worth of paystubs/proof of income and a valid form of identification. All applications must have income verification attached and a valid ID to be accepted. Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent.
