Kitchen - Well-equipped for everyday cooking, with filtered drinking water so you can hydrate and prepare meals without extra errands including a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker, complete with coffee, creamer, and sugar. Workspace & Wi-Fi - Fast, reliable internet supports remote work, video calls, and streaming without interruption. Climate Control - Mini-split systems let you adjust each area to your comfort, day or night. Laundry - A private washer and dryer make longer stays feel effortless and uncluttered. Parking - Off-street parking provides simple, stress-free arrivals and departures. Pet-Friendly Stay - Dogs are welcome with approval and a $99 pet fee, making it easier to travel without leaving family behind. Please clean up after your pets. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on beds or furniture Power Reliability - Solar energy with battery backup helps keep essentials running smoothly, even during outages. -The house has 3.2KW Solar + 6KWh Battery Backup. Good to handle any power outages for a few hours depending on usage until the next day when Solar kicks in. - Level EV Charger provided , bring your tesla convertor. 12A 120v slow charger / 1.3KW - NOTE: This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3/day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional. Everything here is set up to help you settle in quickly and feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Guest access - GUEST ACCESS You'll have full access to the entire home, including the private back patio, where you can enjoy the convenience of the washer/dryer. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces are yours to enjoy throughout your stay. - HOUSE RULES & POLICIES We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please take a moment to review our house rules to ensure a smooth visit. - No Parties or Events Parties or gatherings are not allowed. A $500 fine and possible cancellation apply. - Quiet Hours 10:00 PM 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Excessive noise may result in eviction. Occupancy - Maximum of 6 guests. Guests beyond 4 are charged $65/night each. Undeclared guests will be asked to leave. - Parking Park only in designated areas. We are not responsible for vehicle loss or damage. - No Smoking Smoking inside the home is prohibited. A $500 fee applies. - Damages & Security Guests are responsible for any damages. Security dispatch incurs a $200 fee; repeated issues may lead to eviction. - Cleaning Please clean up after yourself. Excessive mess: $300 fee. Unwashed dishes: $20 fee. - Pets (Dogs Only) Up to 2 dogs allowed with prior approval. $99 per pet per stay. Pets must be crated if left alone and cleaned up after. Strictly: Don't let your pets poo anywhere the property. We will require additional cleaning fee for that. - Trash Please bag and dispose of trash properly. Lease term is negotiable Owner pays for utilities. Small pets allowed (under 20 pounds). No smoking. 2 Parking spaces in front of home. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. 30 day minimum. Cleaning fee $200.
