I do not know how to alter this and the last time the home was for sale it was indeed a three bedroom but it no longer is it was altered approximately 30 years ago So it is a five bedroom two bath home despite what Zillow is showing on one side #2 *However I think a large number of the people who looked at the ad, didn't read the whole ad. its great so many of you want to see the home. However this is a home that will need work done to it while your living in the home. This is a houses that should rent for around $2800.00 a month with a huge security deposit. however we are offering the home at a hugely lower than market price and a guaranteed you' ll have a very low price rent for the next 3 years. If you willing to put your own labor/sweat equity and a few dollars in, money you would have spent in a huge rental, putting into your house the home. you will save in rent just some of the money you saved fixing up and making upgrades along with your own personal touch into the home. Put that a little into the home while your there ans save right in the neighborhood of $48,300.00 over that first 3 years of guaranteed low rent & in addition to saving that kind of money in the first 3 years alone.
