This is a wonderful family home! The flow of the kitchen/dining area into the main living area is perfect for having gatherings or for just hanging out with your family! We really loved the way that the master bedroom and two upstairs bedrooms were positioned-it was perfect for having babies and toddlers close but not in the same room. They actually usually ended up in our room anyway, but it was nice that the option to have our space was there. The giant bedroom downstairs fit two bunk beds and still had plenty of room for our kids to hang out and play together! The downstairs was always the right temperature, and in 2023 we added A/C units upstairs so that now the entire house always feels just right! The kitchen and master bath are newly remodeled, and there is new paint throughout. All of the bedrooms are good sized and have nicely sized closets. The bathrooms are also plenty roomy. The laundry /utility room is so big that we were able to build a storage area with nice sturdy shelves in it! The nice flat backyard is massive, with a portion fenced off for a garden, and a large shed, greenhouse or chicken coop. Our kids spent hours upon hours back there making memories! This is a truly fantastic home-we just outgrew it, but it’s there just waiting for a new family to make their own happy memories!
