The house has whole home central heating and air conditioning so it will keep you comfortable ALL year long. This home has solar as well which usually produces more than the home uses! Step outside in the morning to the beautiful redwood front porch with a porch swing! There is a side patio great for entertaining as well as an additional storage shed. We are looking for a renter who will respect our house and treat it as their own. Please NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES and NO DRUGS. We love this house and hope you will love it as much as we have! Our house is located in Ocean Beach about 6 blocks away from the ocean. A security deposit of $4,000 is required as well as a credit and background check.
