This is a small house it has a private yard totally fenced in, there is a carport for parking and a gate that can be locked that leads to the front door PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB THE TENANTS Tenant pays for all utilities. Tenant must maintain yard, and smoke detectors in working order. Tenant will also be responsible for light bulb replacement when needed.
