Sierra House Lodge is located in a very quiet, forested neighborhood in South Lake Tahoe. It is 7 minutes to Heavenly, the casinos at the state line and the nearest beaches. This 2,942 square foot home can accommodate 6 people very comfortably. There are two living areas, two dining areas and wireless internet throughout the home. It has a large backyard with a lawn which backs to the forest. There are biking and hiking trails directly behind the house in the forest. On the deck, there is a natural gas BBQ and beautiful views of the surroundings. Bedding: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bedroom 3: 2 Twins Each property has a $50 service fee. Every lease has a $100 damage fee. Each hot tub property has a $75 cleaning fee (this is for the hot tub to be clean and ready to go before you check in and after you leave). Additional hot tub cleaning during your stay will be a cost to you. At the time of booking, the first month?s rent, cleaning fee, hot tub fee (if applicable), service fee, damage fee and security deposit are all due. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Late fees are applied on the 5th. Utilities (gas and electric) are not included in price. For 6+ month rentals, utilities will be put in your name with the utility companies for the duration of your stay.
