This is an ADU seperate from the main home. This unit is above the garage. Unit comes fully furnished. There is heated garage parking for your vehicle. Home owners lives in the main house. Renter has their own hot tub separate from the owner's hot tub. This property is availble for 6 months or a year. If you decide to stay through the winter, you will need a 4x4 or AWD vehicle with snow tires due to the amount of snow that we get up here. Owner pays for rent. Renter is responsible for elctricity
