There is a full bathroom in the hallway, with a tub/shower, large sink vanity, and large linen closet. The fourth bedroom is a flex space, which can be used as a bedroom, office, or other room, and has access to the Florida room. A half bath is located through the laundry room, which includes a front-load washer and dryer. Inside the front entrance is a dining room and den or office. The large, sunken living room includes a leather couch and recliner. The breakfast room is between the kitchen and living room.
