If all units were used as rentals, rents would total $2380 a month, which all but one is currently rented, with the 4th unit being used as my home. The beautiful renovations and updates to the interior make them easy to get rented. It is 2 duplexes on one lot, which because it sharing a lot it is considered a quadriplex to the tax authorities there as well as to mortgage companies, although you do not have to have people above or below you as you do in many quadriplexes and aparments, and you don't have to share a yard either, as each side of each duplex has its own front yard and each has its own fenced in back yard, aking it very conducive to children, and/or appropriate pets. Each of the 4 units also has its own driveway with room for several cars, and its own outside lockable storage unit. which is not always the case with quadriplexes. It therefore has superior privacy and amenities. Also it has been beautifully renovated so that the inside of each unit looks like a cute little updated condo with hardwood floors throughout, nice paint treatments and updated kitchens and baths.
