Utilities are covered up to $80/month. Laundry machines are included. There are no pets and the tenants keep the house clean. Listing price is only for unfurnished smaller bedroom. Prices for larger rooms with furniture are adjusted accordingly. We're only renting the rooms, not the entire house. As long as this ad is up the rooms are available. No Smoking Allowed.
