This 3 bedroom house is located on 1,000 acres of marshland in beautiful Cambridge, NY. It is only 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs, NY, and one hour from Albany, NY. It has a stable for horses as well. This house is beautifully decorated with mid-century modern fixtures and has a cozy fireplace indoors. The neighborhood is especially safe, and the neighbors are wonderful. It is available for rent at $1,200/month, and some furniture is optional. We have a king bed and two queen beds currently there, and you're welcome to keep them there if needed. Most of the decorative furniture is coming out, but you're welcome to take a look and let me know what you'd like to keep during your lease. I'm looking to rent it starting in October 1st. Washer and dryer are in the house but need some work to hook up by somebody handy. Water included, other utilities not included.
