3 bedroom, 2 bath home available November - May in Montpelier! Hello! We have a house in Montpelier that we are looking to rent for the winter/spring, dates are flexible! It is a beautiful, cozy house (with a view!) 5 minutes from downtown Montpelier. Ideally we rent it furnished or partially furnished, but are happy to work with someone on that if they feel strongly about it. There are three large rooms-- two that are furnished as bedrooms and a third that is set up as an office with a fold-out bed that that can easily be used as guest room. A completed kitchen and dining space, a large living room, and a mudroom are all on the first floor. The walk-out basement includes a large living/rec room, one of the bedrooms, and the second bathroom (with laundry). It's an amazing neighborhood-- both close to town and right on the edge of rural-Vermont. Pets welcome! $2700/month, wifi, trash, and snow removal included, tenant pays electric and heat. Thinking this is an ideal spot for someone who is here temporarily for work (traveling nurse or working at the capitol), or for anyone who would like to be a bit closer to the VT skiing for the winter without being your typical slope-side weekend warrior. I promise we are very cool and laid back people with (IMHO) great taste, and are open to many(/most!) discussions about the space, so please reach out if you have any interest! This is a short-term rental from November (ish) 2026 through May (ish) 2027. Smoking outside is fine, no smoking indoors. We will cover snow removal (plowing), wifi, and a bi-weekly trash pickup, the tenant will cover electricity, water and heat.
