Welcome to Ironwood Haven! This Older Fully-furnished Modern home is perfect if you are visiting, building a home, or work brings you into the area and just need a short term rental a month or few. Utilities included just bring luggage. Our spacious, 2600 sq ft home is in a quiet neighborhood, tucked away from the main road that leads to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Douglas Lake! Enjoy the endless activities and attractions they have to offer, then return home to relax in the hot tub, play in the game room, and cozy up by the living room fireplace or firepit! The living room has a comfy sectional couch, an accent chair, a gas fireplace, and a beautiful view of the top of the Smoky Mountains right outside of the living room window! The kitchen is spacious and the dining area holds a large, wooden kitchen table with enough seating for 8 people! We also have additional "breakfast" seating at the island, accompanied by stools. You'll have a fully stocked kitchen which includes: a Keurig coffee maker, an additional drip coffee pot, a flip waffle maker, a blender, a large toaster, stainless steal pots and pans - and more! The master bedroom has a King soft Memory Foam bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen soft Memory Foam bed, and the downstairs bedroom has a Queen Firm Memory Foam bed, all dressed with down comforters for a well rested night! Upstairs you'll find the main living room, the kitchen/dining area, a full hallway bathroom, the 2nd bedroom, and the master bedroom, which has its own full bathroom as well as a large walk in closet. Off of the kitchen AND also through the master bedroom, you'll have access to the large back deck and backyard! The back deck has outdoor living room seating, a large dining table, and a small hot tub! In the backyard, you'll be happy to find a secluded little area on the right, which contains the fire pit and seating Downstairs is where you'll find the 2nd living room which contains an accent faux fireplace, a large bedroom containing a full bathroom, the laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, and most importantly, the game room!! The game room has a sectional couch, retro Nintendo, a foosball table, air hockey table, pool table, board games, dart board and even it's own long bar top with bar stools for seating! You'll find a large, flat screen, Roku TV in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, the master bedroom, and in the game room. Please log in with your accounts to enjoy the apps.
