Certain farm animals are also not allowed. The sub-division has no HOA dues, however, the 3 boat launches are in a gated area and in order to use the access and ingress thru the gate, you will pay $35.00 per year for one slide card. If you have family or friends that come to visit, you can get two cards for $40.00 per year. Never hurts to have a spare. No deed restriction as to sq footage or materials for you camp.
