Formerly a two-story home, we added a beautiful third floor and a second full bath about 10 years ago. All work on the house has been done to the highest standard: metal shingles look like traditional shingles, but will last forever; the Rennai on-demand water heater provides endless hot water at a fraction of the cost of a tank-type water heater; a new high-efficiency furnace runs silently and reduces heating costs; when the house was re-sided we blew insulation into the walls and added layers of insulation under the siding; all of the windows have been replaced with high quality, high efficiency windows. The first floor consists of a kitchen with a double oven and a high power Kitchen-Aid range, a large living room (we used half of it for a dining room), and a dining room, which we used for a TV room. The second floor includes a full bath and what were four bedrooms. One of those bedrooms is still useful for a study, studio, guest room, play room, or other purpose, but privacy is limited, because it provides access to the third floor. The third floor is a little sanctuary with two rooms and a full bath. Originally both rooms served as bedrooms, but more recently we used one as our bedroom and the other as a large study, with its built-in book cases. Some of the pictures are poorly framed because I didn't realize that Zillow would convert all portrait orientations to landscape by cropping the top and bottom. I will try to get new pictures soon.
