This a well constructed home on this block. It was modified in 1970’s and 80’s then new heating and air conditioning system was installed in 2017. It is corner lot with about half acre land and a 2 car patio attached to the house. It was inspected for sales three months ago and most of the work was completed of the check list. Ready to move in, it can be shown to the pre approved buyers anytime! Not much available in this price range this nice with this much land. My opinion.
