We have a newly built 2-bedroom 1-bathroom rear apartment, home conversion to duplex, for rent in Apache Junction. It sits on a 3/4-acre lot with stunning views of the Superstition Mountains. The entire rear half of the home and gated yard is included in the rent. The bedrooms are large. The US60 is close, and the area has tons of shopping nearby. All utilities and 1000Mbs high-speed WIFI internet access is included in a flat rate per month. House and communal property are protected by 24/7 4k video surveillance cameras that cover all external exits and parking areas, both front and back. The house is unfurnished. PRICING: The cost is $1500 a month for the house and utilities are a flat 350 a month including all utilities and internet. If you will have additional people living in the home, they must be added to the lease and verified in person. Lease terms are six months minimum up to 12 months and there is a refundable $1500 security deposit. You MUST have reliable full-time employment and proof of income, no exceptions. Payments must be in Cash, MO, Cashier's Check, or Zelle. RULES: There is NO smoking IN the house, but smokers are welcome to smoke outside in the designated smoking areas. Pets are allowed with an additional security deposit of $200 and the monthly lease will be increased by $50 a month per animal. You will be responsible for keeping the home clean and in good repair.
