The one bedroom studio is a Junior ADU unit located in the back of the main property with a separate entrance. The space is peaceful, quiet and relaxing with a large, fenced backyard that is shared with the homeowners. Even though this is a shared property, the space feels like a luxury hotel that makes it easy to relax. We encourage you to enjoy a glass of wine in the backyard by twinkling lights and light up a Cuban cigar if you wish. Special luxury amenities are available for purchase by the owner. Pets that are friendly, quiet, and well behaved are welcome with a refundable deposit. $150 cleaning fee is required for the end of your stay, (This is calculated between 1 & 3 months. Longer stays, the cleaning deposit will double at the end of the stay) We offer weekly cleaning services which start at $60/week, or monthly cleaning services at $100/month. Shared laundry space that you would have access to. Utilities are included The space was just redesigned by a local designer that doesn't want anyone to take life too seriously, but also making comfort and self-care the priority and focus for everyone, as self-care is number one during these difficult times. The space is about 300 square ft, brand new, and designed for fun and enjoyment. Everything in the unit has all the essentials for cooking breakfast in the morning, making a great cup of local coffee, and enjoying a hot shower before heading out to work, or the wineries to taste and explore the Valley! . I am always happy to help organize an itinerary for your trip. Other things to note: There are two gentlemen who live on property and they are both full-time workers in the industry. They wake early and are asleep early. Please respect and be quiet while parking and entering the unit! If you see anyone around the property, please say hello! Short Term Rental. Looking for someone to sign a 6 month lease. Would consider 3 to 4 months as well. Utilities included. We do require an additional $600 deposit if you have pets
